family law with regard to property matters (division of joint property, settlements between cohabiting partners), as well as property law (real estate and mortgage matters).

Member of the Kraków Bar Association. In 2021, he joined the Law Office of Agnieszka Swaczyna and Natalia Łabuz-Weiss as a partner. At the same time, he lectures at the Jagiellonian University in the Faculty of Civil Law. He is a postdoctoral researcher dealing scientifically with general issues of civil law, property law (especially mortgage and co-ownership), inheritance and family law.
