The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of the contract concluded with you for the provision of our legal assistance services,
  • article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – to assert or defend against claims arising from the contract between us and you
  • article 9(2)(f) of the GDPR – processing of special category data is necessary for the establishment, investigation or safeguarding of your claims relating to the provision of legal assistance by us to you.

We process the following data about you: name, surname, PESEL number, VAT ID number, address data such as place of business, place of work, official position, contact data (correspondence address, telephone number, email address).

  • article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR – the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you and the fulfilment of the Controller’s legal obligations;
  • article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Controller in pursuing contractual and/or related claims.

6. Retention period of your personal data

We will process your data until the termination of our cooperation with you and, after termination of our cooperation, also for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g. under tax legislation) and for the period of the statute of limitations for claims under or in connection with the contract between us and you.

7.1. Your personal data may be shared by us with entities that provide services to us (including external IT, courier, HR, accounting, contractor services).

3.3 When adding a comment, you must enter the username that will be assigned to the comment and your e-mail address. The provision of this data is voluntary, but necessary to add a comment.

3.4 The data collected is not collated with other data and our aim is not to be able to identify website users, but to improve and optimise the website. Detailed information on the use of cookies is described in section VIII of this privacy policy.

2. Purposes of the processing of the Candidate’s personal data

Candidate’s internship data will be processed for the purpose of processing applications for student internships, graduate internships or traineeships, resulting in the planned admission of the selected candidate(s) and the implementation of the internship, volunteering or traineeship.

2.2 Job Candidate’s date, will be processed in order to assess the qualifications for the position for which the Candidate is applying, to select a suitable person for the job, i.e. for the purpose of carrying out activities aimed at concluding a contract of employment for the job.

2.3 With the Candidate’s separate consent, we process the Candidate’s personal data for future recruitment processes.

3. Scope of data processing

3.1 With regard to applicants for employment at the firm, we process personal data including: first name(s) and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence (postal address), educational background and previous employment history.

3.2 We also process personal data other than that listed in section 3.1 contained in the submitted CV and/or cover letter.

3.3 In the course of the recruitment process, we may also process data collected in the course of interviews.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing the Candidate’s data is:

  • art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, in conjunction with Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code, with regard to the processing of personal data in the context of the employment relationship;
  • art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR, in respect of the processing of personal data under a civil law contract;
  • article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the processing of personal data for possible future recruitment, if the Candidate gives his/her consent;
  • art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, in the case of the processing of the Candidate’s image, if the Candidate gives his/her consent;
  • art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, if you provide us with data other than your name; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence (postal address); education; previous employment history in your CV or covering letter, if the Candidate agrees;

The Facebook portal (Meta) is the controller of personal data of its users, however, upon contact with the official profile of Swaczyna Łabuz-Weiss Kancelaria Adwokacka s.c. liking or observing the profile or through any other contacts within the profile, Swaczyna Łabuz-Weiss Kancelaria Adwokacka s.c. becomes a separate controller of personal data.

2. Purpose of processing of personal data

We process data such as your username, image, public profile and other information provided in messages or comments on the basis of our legitimate interest, in order to present through the Fanpage our activities and events related to our brand, to respond to comments and messages, to maintain a relationship with those interacting with us, and to analyse the effectiveness of the communication.
